On dated 20-4-18 victim Rohit was kidnapped by the accused Sagar and Pankaj caste abused and threatening and went to stadium on the bike where accused Ankur already there. They beaten to Rohit and caste abused him . They asked to him that why he calls at their house and attacked on his head with iron rod after that he was unconscious when he came out from unconscious, they pressurized to victim to call at his house, then Rohit call to his brother Govind and told him all incident .they also looted 20000rs and his phone also and removed his clothes .When his mother Sheela reached their they again attacked on them inwhich Rohit again unconscious. 

दिनांक 15.01.2018 की रात्रि में पीड़ित गजेन्द्र पासवान , ग्राम - बड़हरवा सिवान , थाना ढाका , जिला पूर्वी चंपारण ,राज्य बिहार निवासी , जाति अनुसूचित जाति बिहार का ग्रामीण दबंगों द्वारा आग लगारकर घर जला दिया गया i आरोपियों एवं पीड़ित के बीच लम्बे अरसे से भूमि बिवाद चल रहा है i  पीड़ित के पिता के नाम बिवादित जमीन का सरकार द्वारा परचा निर्गत किया गया है i जिसपर पीड़ित का घर है l गुमटीनुमा दुकान भी था जिसको  आरिपोयों द्वारा जलादिया गया l उक्त सन्दर्भ में ढाका थाना में प्राथमिकी भी दर्ज कराइ गई है l पर पुलिस मामले के प्रति काफी उदासीन है l जानकारी के मुताबिक पुलिस मामले के आरोपियों के मेल में आ गई है l 

आग लगाने से पीडितो की लाखो रुपये की सम्पति जल कर नष्ट हो गई l  उनकी एक गाय , चार बकरियां , नगद , फर्नीचर , अनाज आदि जल गया l  पीड़ित को किसी प्रकार का मुआवजा आदि  नहीं प्रदान किया जा सका है l 

A man named Palanisamy belonged to the Gounder community was cutting palmyra fruit from the tree and was selling it On 20.05.2018 about 2: 30 pm 5  boys belonged to the Arunthathiyar community were playing near the shop. Mean time  Loganathan landlord and from the dominant caste community had enquired about Palanisamy and had scolded him not to put the shop on the road and had beaten up. The Dalit boys rushed to the spot and told the man to stop beating Palanisamy; but the accused person along with Appachi had beaten the Dalit boys for questioning them. Presently a case was registered at Kanchikovil PS with the crime number: 93/2018 u/s 323, 506 (i) IPC r/w 3 (1) (r), 3 (1) (s), 3 (2) (va) of SC/ST PoA Amendment Act 2015
