पुर्वी चम्पारण जिले के केसरिया थाना अन्तर्गत दरमाहा टोला धर्मपुर मे दिनॉक 3012/2017 को घटित घटना का कारण पुर्व मे जमीन रजिस्ट्री के नाम पर दो लाख रूपया आरोपी अशोक सिह ,अनिल सिह विपुल कुमार सिह लिए थे और बोले थे की लडकी की शादी संपन्न होने के बाद जमीन रजिस्ट्री कर देगे ।शादी संपन्न होने के बाद पीडित जब जमीन रजिस्ट्री की बात कहने गया तो वो लोग टालमटोल करने लगे ।थकहार कर पिडित ग्रामीण पंचो के समक्ष पंचायती भी हुआ पर आरोपी लोग पंचायती नही माने तब ग्रामीण पंचो ने पीडित को सुझाव दिया कि आप न्यायालय का सहारा लिजीए ।पीडित ने जब न्यायालय के माध़्यम से वकालत नोटिस भेजा ।नोटिस मिलने पर आरोपी और उग्र हो गए और घटना को अंजाम दिया गया ।मामले मे केसरिया थाना मे काण्ड सं० 01/18 दर्ज है ।जिसमे अन्दर दफा 341/379/354/307/448 भादवि तथा 3(i)(r) एससी एसटी एक्ट शीमिल है ।मामला पर्यवेक्षण मे सत्य पाया गया ।

2nd April 2018 the day of BHARAT BAND , There were Protestng  by Dalit Community people  on the Issue of Against the weakening of the SC/ST (Poa) Act  by the Supreme Court. According to the Father Mr. Suresh kumar of Late Amresh , His Sonwas Sick and was going to take medicine to a Hospital in Muzaffarnagar . 

The Causeless , Police of Nai mandi police Station Fired and Late Amresh shot dead by Police. On spot His Son died. Other Members of Protestors tried to take him  to Hospital but he was no more and was died . After a strong pressured at last Police Registered Case against Unknown .

MURDER OF DALIT BOY : Case Brief

The Incident happened on 2nd april 2018.On this day Ordanizsd a  \'BHARAT BAND\' protest by Dalits in All India Level. In Uttar Pradesh , many active Community people were Paticipated in protwst march in the district . 

same day, Late Ankur was also participatedin Protest March on the Place of District Court near Ambedkar chauk. Ankur was thirsty and with some othe protestors went to drink water in campus of Court. In the Court Campus some general community Advocate and Police man abusing to Late Ankur and his friends as taking caste name. Late Ankur nad his friends oppossed  then after Advocates and Police aattacked on dalit protestors. Protestors ran out of Campus of Court. In the same time Police Fire on innosence protestors and  Late Ankur was Injured.

Other Protestors took to late Ankur and admitted to the Private Hospital and He died during the treatment in the hospital.
