Dalits denied access to common pathway leading Cremation ground
On 14th March,2015, Dalit community from Mahendipur village was carrying dead body of Khemchand s/o of Chandra Bairwa to the cremantory through public passage.as soon as they reached Rajput locality ,the accused with guns,sticks and swords blocked dalits\'s way.They denined the access and didnt let dalit to pass the way.They also threated the dalits to death if they do so further.hence dalits hass to divert thier way through the field to reach crematory.after the funeral,they went and logdged complaint on the incident under FIR No;70/2015 on u/s IPC 143,341,504 &3(1)(x) SC/ST (PoA) Act,1989 on 14/03/2015 at Todabhim Police station.0n 17/3/2015 ,victims submitted a memorandum before Additional District Collector,Sub Divisional officer and tehsildaar demanding immediate action and next day also they submitted a memorandum to take immediate action on accused. 20/03/2015,the complaint letters was sent to Chief Minister,Director General of Police,ADGP,NCSC,NHRC,District Collector for immediate arrest of accused,fair investigation and protection for dalit community in the village.

VICTIM KO COMPANSESSION NHI DIYA GYA HAI PROTECTION KI SUVIDHA NHI HAI KESH SOLAH KARNE KI DHAMKI DI JA RHI HAI.
