The servivor Name Minati Das Age-36, D/O- Iswar Chandra Das from Arada, PO- Sankhatra, Ps- Sadar was sexually exploited & harassed and then was cheated by the accused person. The informant belong to SC community and the accused is General category. He kept physical relation with viction lady with a promise to marry her but at last he cheated on the basis as she belongs to SC community . FIR lodged , investigation & chargesheeted. The case is pending in SPL COURT, SC & ST ACT.  

On 14-08-2019 at 6p.m Ajaya Behera of Jobra majhi sahi , Po- College Square , Ps- Malgodown , Dist- Cuttack. He was send his daughter Liza @Rojalin Behera to corporater Buba @Hemanta Behera's house to get the birth certificate which was gave documents of his nephew's since 20 days. While she went Buba house his wife says he was taking rest and send her to his office room . While she was entered in to the accused office room , he was alone there . He called her near to him and asked the reason of her visit and give the birth certificate after that In course of time , he closed the door and forcibly assaulted her by giving sexual harassment. Than attempted to rape her. 

On Date 06-11-2019 at 8a.m one Rajat Mallick age-21 S/o- Sarat Mallick of Nayabazar , Potapokhari , PS- Chauliaganj , Dist- Cuttack . A victim boy opened a stall at Kali Puja Festival in a sudden & anti-social came and demanded amount of Rs 20,000/- illegally without any reason and when he didnot give the ammount then they used obsence languages, assulted & threatened for which the victim went to his house . But the accused persons proceed to the house of victim . They knocked the door , and broken the door , used slang words to him and his parents , broken the assets & goods in the house. At last assulted & attacked on head of the victim as a result there was severe bleeding & injury. They  attacked severely and the victim boy was bluntly injured and there was bleeding on his head & multiple injury over his body . He was sent to medical for treatment.

In the service, Mr.Station in-charge Khutahan Jaunpur Sir is requested that the applicant Rajman Gautam son Tilakdhari Ram is a resident of village Khudabandpur police station Khutahan, today on the night of 06/07/2020, my girl Jaya Bharti age is about 17 years and my real brother's girl Anjali Age was about 17 years old, slept on the same cot in the verandah of the house. My wife Mrs. Sarita Devi woke up at around 12.30 pm and saw that my daughter Jaya Bharti and niece Anjali were not on their expansion, after that my wife told me then I also woke up and started searching here and there but could not find

When both the girls came in the morning today, we asked, then both of them told that we had left the house in the night, we asked my girl Jaya Bharti in a leisurely manner, then told that Priyansh Yadav son Arvind Yadav resident Khudabandpur police station Khutahan with me Jabari bad After that, we asked Anjali also, she wept and told that Potaria, resident of Haider son Guddu, has done a bad deed by taking her apart and knowing about the whole thing, I called my elder brother from Varanasi and made him aware of the incident. After that I came to the police station.

यह घटना उत्तर प्रदेश के वाराणसी जिले के चिरईगांव ब्लाक के मुस्तफाबाद नई कोट गांव के गांव की है जहां एक 15 वर्षीय लड़की पुरानी ग्राम मुस्तफाबाद नई दिल्ली वालों वाराणसी के घर सुरेश राजभर नामक व्यक्ति आता जाता था और परिवार के सभी लोग एवं आसपास के लोगों से परिचित था और लड़की का चाचा लगता था उसकी उम्र 45 साल है वह व्यक्ति रानी से बातचीत करता था और उसे कभी पहाड़ नदी कभी चिड़ियाघर कभी कुछ दिखाने खरीदने खिलाने पिलाने की बात करता था और 1 दिन 29जून 2021 को लगभग सुबह 5:00 बजे भोर में वह आदमी अर्थात सुरेश राजभर ने रानी को पूर्णतः बसला फुसलाकर भगा ले गया और जब उसके जब पिता उठे तो उसकी बेटी नहीं थी और पिता को लगा कि शायद  शौचालय गई है पर देर तक नहीं आई तो पिता और परिवार के सदस्य खोजने लगे पर नहीं मिली और गांव में जगह-जगह खुश खुश होने लगी कि उनकी लड़की फलाने के साथ भाग गई है और जब मैं जानने की कोशिश की तो पता चला कि सुरेश राजभर सुबह लगभग 5:00 बजे के आसपास बस्ती में दिखा था और उसके साथ रानी भी थी फिर रानी के पिता सुरेश राजभर की पत्नी रीता राजभर के घर जाकर पूछताछ किया तो उसकी पत्नी रीता राजभर बोली कि हम क्या करें अब तुम्हारी लड़की नहीं मिलेगी अब तुम्हें पता चलेगा हमारी औकात का रीता राजभर की यह बात सुनकर यकीन हो गया कि सुरेश राजभर ही रानी को भगा ले गया है थाने में दिनांक 29 2021 को तहरीर दिया पर मेरी तहरीर पर कोई सुनवाई नहीं हुई इस तरह से 1 सप्ताह का समय निकल गया अधिकारी हमेशा ना कोनी और टालमटोल करते थे कभी कहते हैं सो नहीं है तो सो जाओ कल आना इसी तरह बोलकर भगाते भगाते रहे फिर साथ में दिन एक साथी के सहयोग से प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज की गई तब घटना के अनुसार भारतीय दंड संहिता 1860  के तहत धारा 363 366 के तहत एफ आई आर दर्ज की गई

15 वर्षीय लड़की के बयान के अनुसार लड़का उसे बहला-फुसलाकर उसे भगा ले गया और रास्ते में कई जगह रुका जहां पर नाबालिक लड़की के साथ जबरन बलात्कार किया और करता रहा इसी तरह इटावा ले गया इटावा जाते समय रास्ते में कई बार बलात्कार किया विरोध करने पर जान से मारने की धमकी देता था और चमाइन, सियारिन , गंदी भददी गालियां भी देता था और कहता था चुप रहो  वरना चमारगिरी दिखाओ गी तो तुम्हें कभी तुम्हारे मां-बाप के पास नहीं ले जाएंगे । समझी ! यदि हमारी बात नहीं मानी तो अपनी जिंदगी से हमेशा के लिए हाथ धो लोगी, इसलिए अच्छा होगा कि मैं जो कह रहा हूं वैसा ही करो ,तभी तुम्हारे घर पहुंचाएंगे और हां ध्यान रखो जो कुछ भी यहां हुआ किसी को बताना मत वरना जान से मार डालेंगे । फिर लड़की बेचारी 15 साल की डर के मारे चुपचाप सहन करती रही कि मुझे मेरे माता-पिता के पास ले जाएगा फिर वह 45 वर्षीय सुरेश राजभर रानी को गांव के बाहर लाकर छोड़ दिया और वह आशा ज्योति केंद्र वाराणसी में के संरक्षण में और 23 जुलाई तक रही
