दिनांक 2 जून 2021 को जनपद महोबा के विकासखंड कबरई महोबा कोतवाली के अंतर्गत ग्राम नथूपुरा का है जहां पर नव निर्वाचित प्रधान सविता पत्नी वीरेंद्र अहिरवार अनुसूचित जाति है सविता अहिरवार की प्रधान संबंधित पहली मीटिंग ऑनलाइन वीडियो साहब के साथ ग्राम पंचायत भवन नत्थूपुरा में हो रही थी और वह कुर्सी में बैठी थी उनके परिवार के कुछ लोग थे नत्थूपुरा में रामू राजपूत रूपेंद्र अर्जुन रविंद्र राजपूत व अन्य अज्ञात है व्यक्ति अचानक आए और कुर्सी से उतरने के लिए कहा कि तुम नीची जाति की हो कुर्सी पर नहीं बैठ सकती ऐसे कहते हुए जातिसूचक गालियां दी और कुर्सी से धक्का दे दिया इसी कारण सविता अहिरवार कुर्सी से नीचे गिर गई और उनके पति विरेंद्र कुमार से मारपीट की और सविता के साथ मारपीट की ऑनलाइन मीटिंग चलने के दौरान यह सब अधिकारी वीडियो साहब वीडियो के माध्यम से देख रहे थे और सुन रहे थे उन्होंने तुरंत महोबा कोतवाली फोन किया और घटना के बारे में बताया और तुरंत उन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया और उसी दिन देर रात सीढ़ियों के आदेश से एफ आई आर दर्ज की गई आरोपियों को तुरंत जेल भेजा गया

मामला उत्तर प्रदेश कानपुर देहात का है अनुसूचित जाति परिवार की महिला के साथ छेड़छाड़ और जान से मारने की धमकी ग्राम अकना थाना मंगलपुर कानपुर देहात यहां पर दलित ओबीसी खुल कर बोल नहीं सकते और अपनी बात नहीं कर सकते दबंगों का दबदबा है और जुल्म सहते रहते हैं ठाकुर व पंडित हमेशा ओबीसी और दलित को डरा धमका कर रखते हैं पीड़ित परिवार बबली उम्र 38 साल महिला के साथ मारपीट कि घर में घुसकर और जातिसूचक गालियां दी जब महिला ने रिपोर्ट दर्ज कराई तो उससे डराया धमकाया और पति को मारने की धमकी दी और राजीनामा करवा लिया आरोपी शीलू सिंह कल्लू सिंह ने बृजेश पत्नी बबली दोनों के साथ मारपीट की बबली की ब्यूटी पार्लर की दुकान थी वहां जाकर आरोपी ने बबली के साथ छेड़छाड़ की और जान से मारने की धमकी दी और कहा कि गांव से कहीं दूर रहने लगे नहीं तो जान से मार देंगे पूरे परिवार को बबली को आरोपी एक दासी के रूप में रखना चाहता था लेकिन बबली के मना करने पर बबली के साथ छेड़छाड़ की और उसके घर जाकर मारपीट की बबली जब f.i.r. लिखवाने गई तो पुलिस प्रशासन कोई सुनवाई नहीं की और उल्टा ही इन्हें किसी केस में फंसाने की बात कही बबली ने डर की वजह से f.i.r. नहीं की और राजीनामा हो गई।

झगड़े के दौरान अचानक यादव के घर से आनंद टीनू शबनम लकी आकर लाठी व कांटा से वार करने लगे ग्राम मुक्तापुर अकबरपुर कानपुर देहात का मामला ऊषा पत्नी गंगाराम घटना तारीख 5- 5- 2021 शाम 8:00 बजे की है गंगाराम के 5 पुत्र उसमें से बेटा दारू पीकर अपने घर में झगड़ा कर रहा अचानक यादव के घर से आनंद टीनू शबनम लकी आकर लाठी व कांटा से वार करने लगे और उसी भीड़ में पूरे परिवार को बहुत बुरी तरह से मारा गंगाराम के दो पुत्रों को गंभीर चोटें लगी जातिसूचक गालियां दी उषा देवी को बहुत मारा उनके साथ बदतमीजी की गंगाराम के पिता स्वर्गीय मौजी लाल पिछले 14 साल पहले झगड़ा हुआ था घर के सामने से रास्ता ना देने पर 14 साल पहले भी उन्होंने अनुसूचित जाति परिवार वालों को मारपीट की थी और उसी रंजिश में गंगाराम की पत्नी उषा देवी और परिवार के साथ मारपीट की दबंगों की वजह से पुलिस कोई ज्यादा कार्रवाई नहीं कर रही है

On 16-09-2019 at about 2p.m complainant namely Ranjit Nayak aged about 30 years s/o- Dandua Nayak At- Pilgrim Road Dasa Sahi , Ps- Malgodown Dist- Cuttack. filed FIR stated that accused Sujan Sahoo had taken Rs- 35,000/- from him as hand loan about 1 year back. on 15-09-2019 on 7p.m while he ask him to returned the money he suddenly abused him in slang languages by saying inferior caste, started atrocity by forcible keeping him in a room and severely assaulted him. Accused threatened to kill him. When the family members came the complainant was rescued.

STATEMENT BY VICTIM'S MOTHER-

Mami Singh has three children, one son and two daughters. Her husband Mr. Babula Singh has left her many years ago. She was staying with her children at Kathajodi vihar.C.D.A, Cuttack. She is a domestic worker at three houses cuttack. Her son is working in a milk shop at cuttack. On 8th february 2019 in the morning around 8a.m as usual she went for her domestic work in cuttack.and around 1p.m she came to the house and and didnot find her two daughters. Till evening they searched everywhere but did not find them. After that in the evening she went to the Police station to complain about her daughter missing. On 12.02.2019 around 10a.m his younger daughter Lipa came to house and she asked where has gone yesterday without informing . Lipa told they went to Keonjhor to his cousin sister house and came back evening. When they reached Cuttack Railway Station his elder sister Deepa called to Karuna Kumar Das (Sania). They went somewhere without her knowledge and Sania Brother-in-law took her to his house and Lipa stayed one night there and Sania's Brother-in-law had kept Lipa. He instructed her not go by auto and he left the place. Lipa was not able to speak about her incident. She told , if she tell then they might kill her . She was crying . On 12th February 2019 in evening they went to the police station and complained lodge against Sania under kidnapped case.

On 14th feb , 2019 around 7a.m Mami had gone to collect cow dung. When she returned home and saw door was closed inside. She tired to open but could not open the door. She called someone and broke the door and saw her younger daughter hanging herself in tawel, Suddenly she snachted her and checkedon her but she was dead.She called Chiana and they went to Police station and complained about the incident . Then police came to their house and took the dead-body for the postmortem. On15-02-2019 Deepa came to the police station . She didnot give chance to talk anything with her mother. Her daughter is at Basundhar, Cuttack Shelter Home.
