Smruti Mallik is a 15 year old girl daughter of Bidyadhar Mallik of village Dandikira under Tulasipur GP in Nimapara Police Station area of Puri District. One Gopinath Mishra, nickname Gudu, S/o- Jatia Mishra of Keshereipur village, Police Station- Niali under Cuttack district was following her repeatedly and trying to trouble her for over 7 months. Nearly 4 months ago, Gopinath telephoned Smruti; being irritated she informed and gave the phone to her mother Urmila. Urmila asked Gopinath why he was repeatedly making phone calls to Smruti. Gopinath could not reply properly and handed over the phone to his mother. There was hot exchange of words and Gopinath’s mother abused Urmila aspersing her caste name. Following the incident Gopinath threatened over phone to kidnap Smruti.

               On 5.7.2020 Smruti’s parent’s had gone out to attend a marriage function. Smruti, her younger sister and her grandfather were at home. At about 7 pm Smruti had gone to the toilet in their back yard. Gopinath and two other persons were hiding near the toilet. They put a Gamuchha (Towel) on Smruti’s mouth and took her forcibly to nearby field. There they tried to rape her. In desperation Smruti kicked one of the abductors and he fell down. Somehow Smruti escaped, ran back towards her home and fainted near their back yard toilet.

               Smruti’s aunt and cousin found her there, rescued her and took her to Charichhak CHC. She was extremely shocked and unconscious. She was referred to Capital Hospital, Bhubaneswar. From there she was advised to consult doctors at AIIMS, Bhubaneswar. After going through treatment she returned home on 9.7.2020.

 On 10.7.2020 Smruti described the incident of forcible abduction and attempt of rape to her mother. Her father immediately informed the matter to the Sarapanch. On the next day he filed a complaint in Charichhak Police Out Post. Initially Police did not register FIR. The matter was taken up by Ambedkar-Lohia Vichar Manch and a team conducted Fact Finding. During the fact finding the team met the IIC, Nimapara and FIR No. 156 was registered u/s 341, 294, 323, 354, 376, 506, 507, 511, 34 IPC,  3(1)( r )(s)(w) (i)(ii), (2)(va) SC/ST (PoA) Act. 1989 with 7 of POCSO Act.

                सड़क अतिक्रमण का विरोध करने पर दबंगों द्वारा दलितों को पीट पीट कर जख्मी कर डाला

घटना सूबे बिहार के पूर्वी चंपारण जिले के पहाडपुर थाना क्षेत्र के सिसवा मौजे गावं की है . वहां के ब्रह्मणों द्वारा ग्रामीण सड़क के अधिकांश भाग का अवैध रूप से अतिक्रमण कर लिया गया है . ब्राह्मणों द्वारा यह अतिक्रमण अनुसूचित जातियों का आना जाना अवरुद्ध करने के उद्देश्य से किया गया है . ब्राहमण लोग चाहतें है कि तंग हो कर बाभन टोली से होकर दलित लोग आना जाना बंद कर दे . बाभनो द्वारा सडक अतिकर्मन का विरोध करने पर दलितों के साथ पिछले दिनों कई बार मार पीट एवं अपमान जनक व्योहार किया गया था . दलितों द्वारा अतिक्रमण को लेकर लोकशिकायत निवारण पदाधिकारी के यंहां वाद भी दायर किया गया था . वाद की सुनवाई करते हुए लोक शिकायत पदाधिकारी द्वारा सड़क अतिक्रमण मुक्त करने का आदेश पारित किया गया था . किन्तु सीओ तथा अन्य सक्षम अधिकारियो द्वारा उक्त दिशा में कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कि गई जिसके चलते दलितों के सामने आज भी वह समस्या विद्यमान है . बताते है दिनांक : 04-07-2021 को  उक्त गांवं के अनुसूचित जाति सदस्य जीतेन्द्र राम अपने ऑटो से बाभन टोली से होकर मोतिहारी जा रहा था . गांव के बबलू ओझा के घर के पास उसका ऑटो कीचड़ में फंस गया . श्री राम ने बबलू व उनके परिवार के लोगों को सड़क पर पानी गिराने से मना किया . जो बबलू ओझा को नागावार गुजरा . श्री ओझा एवं उसके पड़ोसियों द्वारा लात ,मुक्का , लाठी डंडा से मार पीट कर जखमी कर डाला . उक्त मामले को लेकर sc/st थाना मोतिहारी में कांड सं० : 28/21 के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गई है . पुलिस मामले द्वारा मामले के प्रति उदासीनता वरती जा रही है . 

              Atrocites Act के अंतर्गत दर्ज मुकादम को सुलह नहीं करने पर दबंग शिक्षक ने की दलित शिक्षक की पिटाई

घटना  पंडित जवाहर लाल स्मारक उच्चत्तर माध्यमिक विद्यालय ,सिरानी , मल्लाही परिसर में दिनांक 07.08.2021 को पोर्र्वाहन करीब 10 .30 बजे घटित हुई . उक्त विद्यालय के सहायक शिक्षक रामाशीष राम एवं विद्यालय के प्रभारी प्रधानाध्यापक अनिल कुमार  के बीच पूर्व से विवाद चल रहा है . अaनिल कुमार द्वारा श्री राम के साथ पिछले वर्ष भी जातिआधारित अत्याचार की घटना को अंजाम दिया गया था . श्री राम द्वारा उस समय भी sc/st थाना मोतिहारी में कांड सं० 19 / 20 के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराई गयी थी . प्रभारी प्रधानाध्यापक श्री कुमार द्वारा श्री राम पर कई बार उक्त मामले को सुलह करने का दबाव बनाया गया .किन्तु श्री राम द्वारा इंकार कर दिया गया जिसको लेकर दोनों के बीच पूर्व से ही दुश्मनी है .कहते है कि दिनांक : 07 . 08 .2021 को सहायक शिक्षक श्री राम ने शिक्षक कक्ष खोलने के लिए प्रभारी श्री कुमार से चाभी मांगी . इसी बात को लेकर दोनों में विवाद उत्पन्न हो गया . बताते है कि पूtर्वगार्ग से ग्रसित शिक्षक श्री कुमार द्वारा श्री राम को जाति सूचक गलिय दी गई और उनके साथ फैट, लात , जूता से की गयी . अन्य शिक्षको द्वारा बीच बचाव कर मामला को शांत कराया गया . घटना के संदर्भ में दिनांक 08.08.2021 को sc / st थाना को आवेदन दे कर प्राथमिकी दर्ज करने का  अनुरोध किया गया . किन्तु ठान अध्यक्ष द्वारा दिनांक 11.08.2021 को कांड सं ० : 34/21 , U/S 341 ,323 ,504 IPC & 3(1)(r)(s) SC/ST Act के तहत प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गयी . 

Elumalai S/O Chinnraj, a resident of Kulathumettu Street, Melpalanandal Village, Tiruvannamalai District. He is belonged to the Irular Caste (Sub Caste of Scheduled Tribes). He is residing with his wife Kuppu, Seenuvasan (23) and daughters Akila (21) and Pavithra (13). He and his wife Kuppugot separated and his two children are residing with his wife. And the case against him is pending in the Tiruvannamalai Magistrate's Court since 2015.

His daughter went to work in a cell phone shop in Avalurpet. At that time, Manikandan (23), son of Sinraj, fromVanniyar community of Kovilpuraiyur village, was driving an auto in Avalurpet. His daughter Akhila and Manikandan have been in love with each other. The couple got married at the Arunachal temple in Tiruvannamalai last October and came home.

His daughter Akila told his father that if he knows about their love he would not allow them to get married and hence they got married in the temple. When he inquired who the boy was, she told him that it was Chinnraj's son Manikandanand was driving his own car in Kovilpuraiyur village.

Later, the couple started their life in Kovilpuraiyur village. They both lived happily and after 6 months his daughter Akila said she was pregnant. We were very happy. A few days later he continued to bully with his daughter asking for dowry. She has been beaten and tortured. Unable to bear the torture his daughter she came to her home and told about the brutal incident.

After that Manikandan and his mother Selvihad verbally abused in filthy and derogatory language and brutally attacked her. He heard about the brutal incident and he rushed to the place and gave her jewelryof 4 sovereigns. And on 23.06.2021 at around 04.30 pm he received a phone call stating that his daughter had been hanged at their home in Kovilpuraiyur village.

He immediately rushed to the said village and the villagers told that his daughter was taken to Villupuram Mundiyambakkam Government Medical College Hospital for autopsy. Then they lodged a complaint at the Avalurpet police station and the next day on 24.06.2021 the Villupuram RDO came and investigatedabout the incidentand Manikandan was arrested and kept in jail.

Vijayapura district, Devarahipparagi talluk, Hunasanala Hobli, Saladahalli village, here lived schedule caste Madiga community belongs Madivalappa 52 years and his wife Mallamma 47 years this couple has 4 children three male one female. 1, kalyankumar 23 years 2, Basavaraju 21 years 3, Kalappa 16 years and 4, Umashree 18 years. Daughter had been married to near village Siddapura. the second son had been studinet up to SSLC and he left the school then he had taken care of his family and to maintain his family heis runing an auto. Davalabi who belongs to the same village daughter of Bindagi saba s/o Kashimsaba thabada who belongs Muslim community, she was studying in SSLC. Basavaraju and Davalabi were seeing each other every day at bus stand became friends and it turned into love and they had love affair between them.this become to no her father so last 4 to 5 months back he had gone to Basavarajus house and have warned his parents that your son is behind my daughter tell him not to come if he comes i will not leave him i will kill him and have gone from there.

on 22-06-2021 morning around 11 ''o'' clock Basavaraju were sitting in his house speaking with his mother and brother at the same time Davalabi moves from near Basavaraju house with her cows while moving she signals to come so after some time basavaraju says his parentes that I just go out and come then he goes from home to the land straight away where Davalabi were seeing her cows and there he was with her seeing this Lalesaba and his children Alla Patela Rafeekha relatives of Bindigi Saba and Davala patela brother of Davalabi all together ties Basavaraju to Neem tree by rope and were beating him by stick and slipper. soon mother of Davalabi tells schedule caste community belongs Madivalamma w/o Channapppa to inform about Basavaraju to his parents soon Mallamma mother of Basavaraju and his brother KalyanKumar and his uncle Chennappa his son Parasuram four of them rush to there and they request them to level him saying we will advise him not to do like that and then they took him from there.

in the same day eviening around 4 ''o'' clock once again forcefully 1, Lale shaba 2, Alla Pateela 3, Rafeekh 4, Davala Patela and 5, Bindigi Shaba they entered inside the house of Basavaraju and pulls him out also they had pulled Davalabi to a valley which was outside the village and the other side parents of Basavaraju is requsting then and begging them please leave them they are younger they have made mistake in future they won't do even though they did not level them they put knife to Basavaraju neck and they put big stone on bout Basavaraju and Davalabi head and they have killed them.

this incident case has been filed at kalakeri Police station and the case No;82/2021 IPC 1860 u/s 143, 147, 323, 324, 341, 342, 355, 302, 109, 504, 506, r/w 149 and sc/st(POA)amendment Act- 2015 u/s 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(V)
