MURDER OF DALIT BOY : Case Brief

The Incident happened on 2nd april 2018.On this day Ordanizsd a  \'BHARAT BAND\' protest by Dalits in All India Level. In Uttar Pradesh , many active Community people were Paticipated in protwst march in the district . 

same day, Late Ankur was also participatedin Protest March on the Place of District Court near Ambedkar chauk. Ankur was thirsty and with some othe protestors went to drink water in campus of Court. In the Court Campus some general community Advocate and Police man abusing to Late Ankur and his friends as taking caste name. Late Ankur nad his friends oppossed  then after Advocates and Police aattacked on dalit protestors. Protestors ran out of Campus of Court. In the same time Police Fire on innosence protestors and  Late Ankur was Injured.

Other Protestors took to late Ankur and admitted to the Private Hospital and He died during the treatment in the hospital.

MASS ATTACKED IN GORAKHPUR BY POLICE : Case Brief

The Date of Incident is 15th may 2018 in the Police Station Gagaha, District- Gorakhpur,UP.  SHO Gagaha Mr. Anil kumar singh was called to Police Station Gagaha. Victims reached 10.30 am . The Cause of Called by Police in Police Station was , on the 14th may 2018 Accused from Dominant Community were Forcebly Capturing to the Public Land of Dalit Community Village. Dalit People Complainted ofThis Incident to the Police through dial on 100. Two Coonstables came on Incident Place and Stopped the work  and they called to  both parties to Come in Police Station Gagaha to Next day morning 10.30 am.

Dalit people reached to Police Station and saw Accused was  Sitting inthe Police Station on a chair near SHO.As soon as the conversation started, the accused started giving a slogan to the caste. Dalit people resist , then The accused himself began to beat the victims of the police station.The Dalit could not even understand that the police started beating.It was reported to the villagers, 20-25 people reached Police station and protested.

Police charged the sticks on them and fired for no reason.Three people got injured after being shot.Many people got hurt by Lathi.The police has filed a lawsuit against the Dalits in several streams .While the case has not been filed against the accused till date .

Gang rape and Murder of Minor girl : Case Brief

On the date of Incident, Late Sakshi was at her home. The Neighbours Malti and her daughter came to Victim home and ask to with them for to work in the Form of the Accused Sandip. 

She went with them to that form.After 6pm came to her Home and looking Sadness.She was shared the detail of her incident to the her Aunt.At the night She crying by stomach then  her father brought a medicine of pain. but she did not feeling better.              

Tommorrow Morning on 9th may 2018 , at 9 am she was died. The Member of Familly was called to Police got signsture of 5 people and bought the dead body to Postmortem house in Muzaffarnagar.

On the 10th May 2018 Dead body received by Victim familly  and Police registered the Cases under IPCs ,SC/ST Act and POCSO Act.

The Caste Hindus from Nadar, Mudaliyar and Vanniyar communities came to know that the bail was granted to Vellakanni, Ajay and Ajith and hence on 19.06.2018 night the caste Hindus garlanded Dr. Ambedkar portrait with chappals. The same night the Dalits went to the DSP Ilangovan and got permission to conduct a procession around the streets. A case was filed at Marakanam PS with the cr no: 211/2018 u/s 147, 148 of IPC r/w 3 (1) (t) (v) of SC/ST Amendment Act 2015 and 6 persons were arrested in the case.

In continuation to the caste Hindus from Vanniyar community had lodged a complaint stating that the SC people had broken the shops belonged to Sivakumar and Omprakash and 2 cases were registered against the SC people with the crime no: 212/2018 u/s 147, 294 (b), 323 IPC & 3 TN Public Property Damage Loss Act; 213/2018 u/s 147, 294 (b), 323, 323 IPC 3 TN Public Property Damage  Loss Act.
