The informant namely Krushna Barik had got land at Mouza- Megha Village which was used by the informant for plantation of cashewnuts and in the meantione the accused persons namely - Bibhuti Jay Sitha & his associates came used unparliamentary languages, threaten, threw stone for which informant side were injured. The informant has given report who is a general caste and the accused Bibhuti Jay Sitha belongs to ST caste who has been implicated as accued in this case. 

On 15-09-2019 at 9.00 am the complainant namely Laxmipriya Mallick D/O- Paramananda Mallick Of village- Jodumu PS- Badamba Dist- Cuttack was physically assaulted , tortured & even boycutted from using of village pond for bathing purpose. At that time one wife of Bisuni Biswal wrongfully restrained her in obscene languages by caste of Kandara girl and abusing took away by child, thereafter she returned to her house . In the meantime accused husband Bisuni Biswal at about 04.00 pm forcibly come to her house abusing her. When her mother protested the accused Bisuni Biswal and his wife commited assault dragged her hair outrage her modesty. Thereafter the above noted accused persons abused her in filthy languages by means of Thenga assult her head and threatened for dire consequences of their common intention. 

On 19-06-2018. The victim lady who is informant  Name - Sangita Das (19) D/O- Navi Das At- Piligrim Road Dasa Sahi College Chhak Dist- Cuttack was working in a master's house on daily wages basis of his house daily work. One gardener of that house namely Bira. After 5 days of Raja 2018 Accused Bira came to victim Sangita in a sudden caught her & gave kiss and forcible rape her. He also took same photos of the said incident . By threatening of vedio viral he also again raped her by blackmailing against the will of the victim woman. He threatended the victim to disclose before any one or else he will kill her mother. At last he also spread the said viral of the vedio in social media by transmitting to other mobile. For that police case has been registered vide Mahila PS Case No- 333 Dt- 02-04-2019 investigation has been done and the case is pending before SPL court for trial. The case is charge sheet. 

On dt.23-11-2018 at 8.45pm one Rabi Samal (50) F/O- victim Bishnupriya Samal stated before the factfinding team that the accused person namely Pabitra Kumar Pradhan (28) S/o-Bhikari Charan Pradhan Resident of Village- Chhagaon, Ps- Gurudijhatia, Dist -Cuttack kept physical relation with Bishnupriya (Victim) with a promise to marry her in future. Like wise Pabitra continued physical relation for 2 years, as result the victim conceived and in course of time she delivered a female child on dated 22-11-2018 at S.C.B.M.C.H Cuttack. After delivery of the female chilld the accused absconded, did not come, did not take care of the victim and baby, in reverse the accused threaten in a dire consequences used obscence languages nd also told "you are inferior caste. You have no standard with us."

This was a case of cheating also, sexual harassment , atrocity and unweded motherhood. The child born out of that relation is in conslict with law.

As for the information received from the ground, the Fact Finding Team came to know that on 15th August, 2019 at around 5.30 pm, the accusedd person called on the victim child to give some chocolates. When victim went to his house , he forcefully asked lay down on the bed and started to raped her. Victim's mother searched for her for the study but did not find her anywhere. Her mother-in-law informed that the accused Damadhar called your daughter and she had gone to his house. When the victim's mother rushed to Damadhara's house , the victim child was crying. While she had asked the victim about the reason for crying but victim could not tell anything at the spot. Mother came back to house with her victim child. And Damadhara told her that today onwards we lost our family relation. But victim's mother was not able to listen him because her daughter was crying. Victim's mother closed the door and started asking the cause of her crying. 

Victim child responded that Damadhara called her to give chocolate. When victim child was in his house, she was asked lay down on  the bed and open her paint. After that the victim child could not know anythings she was become uncscious. Mother checked her child and got socked to know that her victim child got injured in her private part and blood was flowing from it. She called her family members and other villagers to informe about the incident. The family members and villagers suggested her to lodge a complaint against Damadhar. Then , the mother went Bori police station with her brother-in-law and lodgedd a complaint against Damadhara. Case No 192/19 booked under section IPC 1860, 378-A & B , POSCO Act- 6

Immediately, Bori police took action against the accused Damadhara Das , he was arrested and put in Jail . Mother and victim went to Jajpur medical for medical test with Bori police at about 11.00 pm . Now accused in the Jail and victim is staying with her grandfather-in-laws house due to social stigma and feeling of insecurity in her own village.
